HCC is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-religious and local Cambodian non-government organisation (NGO) that works to protect the rights of children and women who are victims or are at-risk of trafficking, sexual abuse, or labour exploitation in Cambodia. HCC uses advocacy, awareness raising and the provision of direct services, including healthcare, counselling, educational support, social and economic development, technical support and training, to assist vulnerable women and children in Cambodia
